International marketing expansion plan

As a part of an International Marketing course that I was in, we were tasked with presenting a plan to take a successful startup into an International Market.
My team and I chose to take Drybar from the United States to the United Arab Emirates. Drybar is an American chain of salons that specializes in blowouts.
For this international expansion plan, there were several analyses of the home and host country, including financial, cultural, political, and legal differences amongst others.
Based on our findings and suggestions we gave our suggestions for this hypothetical expansion.
