Graeter's Ice Cream

I conducted a brand audit for Graeter’s along with my teammates. Graeter’s is a local Cincinnati-based legacy ice-cream brand. It is famous for its artisanal chocolate and is a well-known name in the area.
In-depth qualitative interviews were conducted to understand consumers’ perceptions of the brand. Upon gaining these insights, tools part of the ‘Brand Builder’s Tool-kit’ such as the Consumer based-brand equity pyramid, the hierarchical value map, brand equity statement, synthesized executional converter, and authenticity audit were used. These allowed us to create a brand audit for the popular and beloved ice-cream brand.
Learning about and using these tools has equipped me with the knowledge to create a strong branding and marketing strategy for any product/organization.
