Consumer Insights Report

P&G Lifescience Technologies

I worked with the P&G Lifesciences Technology team to provide them with a Consumer Insights report for a potential new product.
As a part of this project, I conducted multiple in-depth qualitative interviews (primary research) using a variety of techniques such as laddering, picture interviews, and story-telling. Since the world transitioned to remote-working during this time due to the COVID-19 pandemic, I was also able to develop the skills & unique tools to conduct virtual qualitative interviews. I learned how to create concepts and product statements. Using the data collected, and upon analyzing it my team and I were able to gather valuable insights and provide actionable recommendations to the company.
The final deck was presented to the R&D team that we were directly working with, as well as other executives and the Vice President of the Lifesciences department.
Our findings and recommendations were considered to be a strong base for the future research and marketing work of the company on this particular project.
While collaborating with the team at P&G I was able to learn from the R&D Vice President how to create a solid business plan and value proposition. This was implemented and included in the final slide deck.
