Marketing Strategy - Big Picture Analysis

One of the core classes for my Master’s in Marketing program was Marketing Strategy. I learned the ‘Big Picture Analysis’, from the thought leader of the field, which is an integrated framework reflecting end-to-end marketing strategy and execution.
As part of a project for the class, we chose to analyze the current marketing strategy of Tesla and recommend changes to it using the big picture analysis framework.
I have been able to use this framework to analyze companies and their marketing effort for multiple other projects that I have worked on. This allows me to get a better idea of the current operations and where actionable recommendations can be made for the best possible outcome for the firm.
